摘 要:建立了一个超高效液相色谱方法,对纸和纸制品中松香酸的含量进行快速测定。该方法以丙酮/甲醇(2∶1)为提取溶剂,35℃下超声提取35m i n,提取液直接进行超高效液相色谱法分析,外标法定量。在S/N(信噪比)=3的条件下,该方法的检出限为0.1m g/k g,精密度为1.18%,加标平均回收率为80.00%~98.00%。该方法简单快捷,整个分析过程仅耗时3.5min,可用于纸和纸制品中松香酸含量的快速测定。An effective ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was established for the rapid determination of abietic acid in paper and paper products. Abietic acid in paper and paper products was ultrasonically extracted at 35℃, with acetone/methanol(2:1) as the solvent. The extract was then analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). The concentration of abietic acid was cablirated by external standard method. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.1mg/kg at the condition of signal to noise (S/N) of 3. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision experiment was 1.18%. The spiked average recoveries changed from 80.00% to 98.00%. The proposed method was simple and rapid, only needing 3.5 minutes for the total analysis procedure, and applicable for the rapid determination of abietic acid in paper and paper products.
