摘　　要：阐明科技因素已经成为外交活动的重要议题,在此基础上分析科技因素影响下外交工作的新特点和新变化,强调科技和外交相互促进,共同发展的相关政策和措施。Firstly,this article clarifies that the technological factors have become an important issue of diplomatic activi-ties. Then it analyzes the new features and new changes in the diplomatic work. Finally it emphasizes the related policies and measures on science and diplomacy promoting each other.
