摘　　要：在"2011计划"提出的背景下,深入分析协同创新实体的内部优势及外部机遇,针对协同创新实体建设面临的困难以及影响因素,利用SWOT分析法,从机制体制改革、政府政策支持、人才团队建设、高校文化创新四个方面提出我国协同创新实体良性运行并保持可持续发展的对策建议。This article is in-depth analysis of the the internal advantages and external opportunities based on the back-ground of“201 1 Plan”.Aiming at the difficulties and influencing factors that the collaborative innovation entity faces,u-sing the method of SWOT,it puts forward the suggestions on positive operation and maintaining the sustainable development of the collaborative innovation entities in our country from the reform of mechanism,the support of government policy,the construction of team and the culture innovation of the university.
