现代农业园区规划创意实证研究——以东莞市为例

摘　　要：通过总结归纳国内、广东省、东莞市各级现代农业园区发展历程、功能定位及特色亮点,认为当前现代农业园区呈现出转型发展的趋势,表现在以多功能为目标,以休闲、观光、体验等功能为重要内容,明显表现出现代性、高科技性、综合效益性以及试验示范性等特征,从而实现差异化、特色化、品牌化发展。在此基础上,以东莞3个现代农业园区规划为例进行实证研究,从发展理念、规划原则、发展思路、功能分区4个层面对园区规划创意进行分析。This paper summarizes the development history,functions and features of modern agricultural parks in domestic level,Guangdong province and Dongguan city.The paper puts forward that the modern agricultural park presents the trend of transformation development,and takes the multifunction as the goal including leisure,sightseeing,experience,which obviously carries the feature of modern,high-tech,comprehensive benefits and test model,so as to achieve differentia-tion,specialization,and brand development.On this basis,taking the creative planning of 3 agricultural parks in Dong-guan as examples of empirical research,the paper analyzes the park planning ideas from the concept of development,plan-ning principles,development ideas,function partition.
