摘 要:利用14 C同位素示踪技术,探讨碳同化物在柽柳和管花肉苁蓉寄生系统内的分配,为明确两者同化物的源库关系及光合产物调控提供理论依据。结果表明,不同时期柽柳和管花肉苁蓉中14 C同化物的分配比例差异显著,8-10月分配给柽柳的14 C同化物比例显著降低,分配给管花肉苁蓉的比例显著升高,10月达到峰值,柽柳和管花肉苁蓉中14 C同化物的比例分别为14.95%~20.54%和79.46%~85.05%。随着管花肉苁蓉寄生数量的增加,分配给柽柳的14 C同化物比例显著降低,分配给管花肉苁蓉的比例显著升高,管花肉苁蓉的14 C同化物分配比例表现为接种8个的处理>接种4个的处理>接种1个的处理。14 C同化物在柽柳和管花肉苁蓉寄生系统内的分配比例随肉苁蓉寄生数量和生长时间而变化。The distribution of ^14C-phptoassimilates in parasitic system of Tamarix chinensis and Cistanche tubulosa was investigated by using ^14C isotope tracer technique. The results showed that the ^14C-phptoassimilate distribution in the system varied significantly in different growth stages. From August to October, the ^14C-photoassimilates distribute with small ratio to Tamarix chinensis plant and large ratio to C. tubulosa, reaching the peak in October. The amounts of ^14C photoassimilates dis- tributed to Tamarix chinensis plant and C. tubulosa across the whole growth stage were 14.95% to 20.54% and 79.46% to 85.05%, respectively. Moreover, with the increase of C. tubulosa parasit- ized, the ^14C-photoassimilates distributed to Tamarix chinensis plant decreased and transferred to C. tubulosa significantly increased, with the highest ratio to C. tubulosa in treatment C, followed in treatment B, and then in treatment A. Our results confirmed that the ^14C-phptoassimilates distribu- tion in the parasitic system of Tamarix chinensis and C. tubulosa varied along with the C. tubulosa number and growth progression.
