基于民生负担测度的抑制商品投机研究

摘　　要：通过在空间直角坐标系上构建一套包含民生品盒子、投机盒子、民生品负担盒子的民生负担测度模型,将难以明确的民生品投机问题刻画到形象的立体空间中。通过对购房及CPI篮子中八大类商品的民生属性、被投机属性及民生负担属性进行调查,将民生品投机问题由定性研究拓展到定量分析。使用三个盒子的九个维度与资金渠道共十个指标作为调节工具,测度了九大类民生品被投机的现状及不同调节指标对九大类民生品的影响权重。根据测度结论得出解决民生品投机问题的具体方案,为政府抑制民生品投机提供了具有普遍性和针对性的备选策略。Through building a set of models on the burden of people＇s livelihood containing livelihood goods box, speculation box, livelihood goods burden box in the Cartesian coordinate system, we introduce difficult issues of speculation in commodities to the visual three-dimensional space. Through researching the livelihood burden of housepurchasing and the other eight categories of goods in the CPI basket, using a total of 10 indicators including nine dimensions to measure the current speculative situation of nine cate- gories of livelihood production and the influence proportion from different adjustment indicators through questionnaire, we list the concrete proposals to solve the issues on livelihood goods speculation and give some explicit alternative strategies for our government from the universal and targeted perspective to restrain the speculation on livelihood goods.
