摘　　要：与国外的医疗机构相比．中国硬件不差，技术不错，但服务不行。While the medical tourism is becoming more and more popular globally,Chinese government should be more courageous and innovative like what used to be done in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.4 or 5public hospitals in big cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou should be selected as the pilots for medical tourism in China.Once the pilot hospitals had achieved ideal outcomes,the model could be promoted to other hospitals,even private hospitals;otherwise the medical tourism in China which is already lagging behind will miss more opportunities.
