摘  要:在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面分析法优化茵陈总黄酮的提取工艺。确定茵陈总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1∶73(g/mL),乙醇浓度为77%,提取时间为1.68h(100min),提取温度为71℃。在此条件下,茵陈总黄酮的提取率为7.920%,与预测值7.962%相差0.53%。说明该优化方法合理可行。On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Artemisia Capillaris Herba. The results showed that the optimal extraction condition was as follows:solid to solvent ratio was 1∶73 (g/mL), concentration of ethanol was 77%, extraction time was 1.68 h and extraction temperature was 71℃. Under these conditions, the measured extraction rate of flavonoids was 7.920%, compared with the predictive value of 7.962%, the relative error was-0.53%. The result show it is feasible to adopt response surface methodology to optimize the extraction condition.
