摘　　要：隔震技术是一种减轻建筑结构地震灾害的有效措施,项目建设参与单位对隔震技术普遍缺乏了解。首先介绍了隔震技术的基本原理及隔震技术规范、文件及其背景,提供了基础隔震和底层柱顶隔震两个工程实例,展开讨论了多层建筑框架结构中应用基础隔震和底层柱顶隔震这两种主要结构形式,最后是应用隔震技术的若干思考。讨论结果为地震区推广应用隔震技术提供参考。Application of seismic isolation technology is an effective measure to reduce the building structure earthquake disaster, but most oi the constructmn units have little ideas about isolating technology. Describes the basic principles of the isolation technology and the technical specifications and documentation of the isolation technology, discussed the development and application of isolation techniques, proposed two major capitals underlying structural forms about base isolation and isolation technology on the top of first column, and finally presented several consider about the application of isolation technology. The re- sults of this discuss can provide a reference for the popularization and application of isolated buildings.
