摘 要:某工程原设计基础为冲孔灌注桩,但桩基施工后静载试验的单桩承载力特征值仅为设计单桩承载力特征值的50%~60%,通过对地勘资料和现场施工记录的分析,提出了几种不同的基础加强方案进行比选,最终采用增设PHC管桩进行地基处理的天然筏板基础方案,通过后期的沉降观测与土压力、桩顶反力监测证明该方案实施效果良好,对类似工程具有一定的参考意义。The original design of one engineering project was based on punch cast - in - situ pile, but the actual characteristic value of single pile bearing ca- pacity accounted for only 50% -60% of the desired value on static loading test after pile foundation construction. Comparing with several different schemes proposed for foundation strengthen by geological survey report and site construction record, the feasible scheme was add several PHC pipe piles as natural raft foundation for ground treatment, which showed good effect and also had some reference value to similar engineering projects by later settlement observation and measurement of earth pressure & reaction force at pile top.
