施工企业作为代建主体的项目风险管理初探

摘　　要：目前代建行业仍处于试点阶段,代建型施工企业面临着众多风险。此外,代建型施工企业是从施工企业发展而来,其面临的风险又具有其独特性。通过分析代建型施工企业风险影响因素、建立风险指标体系,采用AHP法,结合Matlab对代建型施工企业如何选择代建项目做了虚拟算例分析。Construction on consignment is still immature in China .And the agent-construction enterprise is facing with many risks .In ad-dition, the agent-construction enterprise is the transition of the construction enterprise , so the risks are special.Via analyzing the risks confronted by agent -construction enterprises , the corresponding risk index system is built .Furthermore , with the help of MATLAB soft-ware , Analytic Hierarchy Process （ AHP） is established to analyze a virtual example , which can guide the agent -construction enterprise to choose an appropriate project .
