乡村社会网络的利用与再造——基于新生代农民工城市创业的视角

摘　　要：新生代农民工城市创业是一个对传统乡村网络充分利用和改造的过程。研究发现,由老乡和血缘关系构成的乡村原生的社会网络,是新生代农民工倚仗的最重要的社会资本。它在激发新生代农民工的外出意向,加快城市适应的过程中发挥了重要作用。而通过城市生活中的非正式交往以及加入老乡会和地方商会等团体组织,乡村社会网络得到了扩展和改造,并在创业过程中发挥了示范和带动作用。值得注意的是,无论是物质还是精神层面,乡村社会网络中家人和亲属的支持贯彻创业的始终,从而构成最持久、最稳定的支持网络。The new generation of migrant workers urban entrepreneurship is the process that takes advantage of and transforms the traditional rural network The study found that rural native social network which is constituted by fellow-villagers and blood relationships, is the most important social capital that the new generation of migrant workers rely on. It inspired the new generation of migrant workers＇ intention of going out, and played an important role in the process of accelerating their urban adaptation. Through the informal contacts in the city life, joining the association of fellow-villagers and the local Chamber of Commerce, native rural social networks have been further extended and transformed, and play an exemplary and leading role in the entrepreneurial process. Noteworthy is that whether the material or the spiritual level, families and relatives in the rural community network has always been to support the implementation of entrepreneurship and form the most lasting and stable support networks.
