摘 要:对日钢SPHD钢炼钢各工序钢水氮含量取样分析,指出降低RH钢氮含量的因素为RH工序前期提高脱碳速率,此为提高脱氮速率的关键环节;精炼渣较好的埋弧效果是防止增氮的重要措施;浇注过程中有效防止增氮问题,有待进一步深入研究.Effect of each steelmaking stage on reducing nitrogen content is studied by making analysis on nitrogen in samples of liquid steel at each stage of SPHD steel at Rigang. It is pointed out that there are the keys to improve the denitrification rate before RH decarburization rate. In the refining furnace, slag foaming process is an important measure, which is used to prevent the increase of nitrogen. In the casting process, the problem of preventing the increase of nitrogen effectively still needs to be further researched.
