摘 要:抽水蓄能电站具有优良的削峰填谷能力,能够有效提高系统消纳风电的能力。风电大规模并网后,风电出力的随机性、反调峰特性给系统调峰造成很大困难。针对此问题,利用鲁棒优化方法,采用盒式不确定集刻画风电出力的不确定性,建立考虑不确定风电出力与抽水蓄能的电力系统盒式鲁棒调峰模型。为便于求解,运用优化对偶理论简化该模型,将其转化为一般的非线性规划问题。然后,通过AMPL平台调用基于原始-对偶内点法的求解器IPOPT3.8.0对转化后的模型进行求解。最后,以改进的IEEE-14节点系统为例,检验了所构建模型的合理性及可行性。With its excellent peak clipping and valley filling capability, the pumped storage power stations can improve the ability of wind power consumption of power system effectively. With a large scale of wind power was incorporated into the power system, the randomness and anti-peaking nature of wind power output bring great difficul- ty to peak load regulation of the power system. In allusion to this problem, by use of robust optimization approach, the uncertainty of wind power output is expressed by box uncertainty sets, considering the uncertainty of wind power output and the pumped storage power stations, a model was proposed for peak load regulation by robust optimiza- tion with box sets for power system. For the purposes of solving the proposed model conveniently, the model is sim- plified to a normal nonlinear programming problem by optimized duality theory. Then, AMPL/IPOPT solver that base on primal dual interior point method is used to get the solutions of the model. Finally, by taking the improved IEEE -14 nodes power system as an example, the rationality and feasibility of the model were demonstrated.
