摘 要:采用带斩波器的晶闸管相控串级调速虽然可以将系统允许的逆变角固定在最小值,最大程度上减少逆变器所吸收的感性无功功率,但并不能从本质上解决功率因数低的问题。逆变器侧采用可控型器件IGBT代替晶闸管,在引入PWM逆变技术的基础上,利用逆系统方法将逆变器的非线性系统数学模型变为伪线性系统且实现多输入多输出的解耦。应用变结构控制来设计控制策略,实现向电网发出感性无功功率,以提高整个电机和串级调速系统功率因数的目的。最后通过仿真实验验证了控制方案的正确性和有效性。Using the thyristor phased system with chopping cascade speed control can reduce the inverter angle to the minimum value, which can minimize the reactive power of inverter, but does not fundamentally solve the problem of low power factor. Controllable type IGBT device is adopted to instead the thyristor at the inverter side, and PWM inverter technology is introduced. On this basis, a net - side active inverter using the control strategy of in- verse system is proposed, which changes original nonlinear mathematic model to linear model, and decouples the MIMO system. Then aiming at the pseudo linear system, variable structure control is applied to design the controller, and sends inductive reactive power to the grid, so as to improve the power factor of the whole motor system. Finally, simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the control scheme.
