摘　　要：本文主要介绍了常用的开关盒形件拉深深度的计算，按照传统的计算方法，会存在很大的误差，采用cAE进行模具设计时，采用计算机辅助设计软件建立力学模型，使得计算变得简单可靠。对不合适的部位及时进行调整，确定合理拉深深度，避免在模具制造好后造成大量的修模。关键词：塑料小盆，注射模具，数控加工。The article introduces the deepness of the power switch box was calculated by CAE. By traditional method, there will be a lot of error, but by CAE design mould make it is very simply. You can adjust the part that unsuitable for drawing, confirm the reasonable deepness. Through this method you can avoid repairing the mould many times before it is been made.
