中西部地区新生代农民工创业意愿的影响因素

摘　　要：基于中西部地区新生代农民工创业行为数据,实证分析个体特征、行为特征对中西部地区新生代农民工创业意愿的影响。研究结果表明:农民工的创业意愿与农民工的年龄、文化程度、风险偏好、工资收入、单位性质等有显著关联;与打工区域、打工领域、单位性质、从事何种产业关联不太显著。新生代农民工应提高文化素质,转变就业观念,增强创业信心,政府应建立健全新生代农民工创业服务体系以帮助其创业。Based on the new generation of migrant workers entrepreneurship in the central and western regions data this paper empirically analyzed the individual characteristics, behavioral characteristics of new generation migrant workers in the central and western regions in China in order to promote the construction and development of the new urbanization. The results showed that age, culture level, risk preference, wage income and unit properties of migrant workers play a vital role in their entrepreneurial ideas, while work areas, regional nature of units, engaged in what industry is not of significance.
