摘　　要：避免电磁线受到损伤,是定子线圈制作过程中急需解决的重要问题。介绍了线圈绝缘损伤的检测方法,分析了造成损伤的原因,并针对性提出了降低绝缘损伤所采取的措施。基于定子线圈制作过程的监控及改进措施,有效避免了绝缘损伤,提高了定子线圈质量。It is an urgent need to avoid electromagnetic wire being damaged in the process of stator coil production. Detection methods of coil insulation damage were introduced, and the causes of the damage were analyzed. The measures taken to reduce the insulation damage were put forward respectively. Based on monitoring and improvement measures for the process of stator coil production, the insulation damage of stator coil is effectively avoided, and the quality of the stator winding is improved.
