摘　　要：目的系统评价术中采取保温护理对麻醉恢复期的影响。方法运用Stata10.0软件对2003~2013年国内外发表的术中保温护理对麻醉恢复期影响的研究进行Meta分析。结果共有17篇文献纳入,其中实验组690例,对照组680例。Meta分析结果显示:术中采取保温措施可以降低患者麻醉恢复期寒战[OR=0.12,95%CI(0.09~0.16)]和躁动[OR=0.19,95%CI(0.13~0.27)]的发生率,缩短拔管时间[SMD=-0.71,95%CI(-1.00^-0.42)]和苏醒时间[SMD=-2.87,95%CI(-3.11^-2.63)]。结论术中采取保温护理可以缩短患者拔管时间和苏醒时间,减少寒战和躁动的发生,使患者平稳渡过麻醉恢复期。Objective To evaluate the effect of intraoperative thermal insulation on postoperative recovery after anesthesia systematically.Methods A meta-analysis was conducted with Stata10.0 for the research papers about the effect of intraoperative thermal insulation on the postoperative recovery after anesthesia published in 2003-2013.Results Totally,17 articles were finally included,with 690 cases in the experimental group and 680 in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that intraoperative thermal insulation could reduce the incidence of shivering[OR=0.12,95 ％ CI （0.09-0.16）] and agitation in postoperative recovery after anesthesia [OR=0.19,95 ％ CI（0.13-0.27）],as well as shorten the extubation[SMD=-0.71,95 ％ CI （-1.00--0.42）]and recovery time[SMD=-2.87,95 ％ CI（-3.11--2.63）].Conclusion Intraoperative thermal insulation can reduce the incidence of shivering and agitation,and shorten the extubation and recovery time,helping patients getting through the postoperative recovery after anesthesia smoothly.
