摘 要:目的探讨护生体验患者住院对其共情能力、实习效果的影响。方法将在济宁市某医院实习的197名护生随机分为实验组(99名)和对照组(98名)。对照组接受常规共情教育,实验组开展护生体验患者住院24h的共情教育,接受包括生活护理、专科护理、健康教育等护理。结果教育后实验组共情能力、实习成绩显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论体验患者住院能有效提升护生的共情能力及实习效果,从而促使护生自觉加强学习意识,提高服务水平。Objective To explore the impact of experiential learning on empathy and practice effect in nursing students. Methods A to- tal of 197 nursing students practicing in a hospital of Jining were randomized into a control group of 98 and an observation group of 99. The control group were given conventional empathy education, while the observation group received empathy education through experiential learning: students were asked to act as a patient for 24 hours and received basic nursing, specialty nursing, and health education, etc. Results After the experiential learning, students in the observation group scored significantly higher on empathy and practice exams than the control group did (P〈0. 05 for both). Conclusion The experiential learning can help improve nursing students' empathy and practice effect, thus to strengthen their learning awareness and improve service level.
