摘　　要：目的探讨在医院质量与安全评价指导下血液专科病房护理岗位安全管理的实施效果。方法在对医院质量与安全评价标准充分解读及指导下,血液专科病房着重护理岗位安全管理,重点落实岗位设置、培训及管理各项措施。结果实施1年后,患者满意度、护士满意度及一级护理评分较实施前显著提高(均P<0.05)。结论通过医院质量与安全评价活动的开展,指导血液专科构建护理安全文化,促进内涵建设,保障了患者护理安全,提升了专科护理质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of safety management based on nursing posts in hematology department under the gui- dance of hospital quality and safety evaluation. Methods Based on understanding of the hospital quality and safety evaluation, we paid important attention to nursing post management in hematology department, and conducted post design, education and manage- ment measures. Results Patient satisfaction, nursers satisfaction, and the score of Grade 1 nursing care were significantly improved after 1-year intervention （P〈0.05 for all）. Conclusion Through hospital quality and safety evaluation activities, safety culture in hematology department is developed, which contributes to patient safetv and oualitv care_
