摘 要:目的探讨理论授课与集体心理辅导对心理护理小组护士心理的影响。方法对65名心理护理小组护士采取心理理论授课、心理干预、集体心理辅导等方法进行干预,采用总体幸福感量表和生活质量综合评定问卷对小组成员在心理护理小组活动前后进行调查。结果干预后小组成员总体幸福感上升,生活质量总体评价提高,其中躯体功能(除进食功能、运动与感觉功能外)、心理功能、社会功能(除人际交往能力、工作与学习外)得分显著高于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论通过心理理论授课及集体心理辅导后,小组成员的总体幸福感上升,生活质量提高,其对改善护理人员的心理状况有一定的帮助。Objective To identify the effects of theoretical lectures and group-oriented psychological coaching on psychological care specialty nurses. Methods Theoretical lectures, psychological interventions, and group-oriented psychological coaching were provi- ded for 65 psychological care specialty nurses. Effects were compared before and after the intervention by using the Global Well- being Schedule (GWB) and Generic Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI). Results The overall well-being and quality of life were im- proved after the intervention, and significant improvement in physical (except items of food intake and sensorymotor function), mental and social (except item of work and study) functioning was found (P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). Conclusion The theoretical lectures and group-oriented psychological coaching do have positive effects on improving nurses'well-being and quality of life, and also help promote their mental health.
