军事化管理对军校学员睡眠类型分布的影响

摘　　要：目的分析军事化生活对不同period3(per3)基因型军校学员的睡眠类型频率分布的影响。方法选择军校新入校学员(n=150)和四年级学员(n=95),采集外周血样本鉴定per3基因型,并进行生理时钟问卷(morningness-eveningness questionnaire,MEQ)调查。对比分析两组学员的per3基因型频率分布特征和睡眠类型频率分布特征。结果两组学员的per3的基因型频率(χ2=1.453 3,P=0.483 5)和等位基因分布频率(χ2=0.434 4,P=0.509 8)没有统计学差异。MEQ调查发现两组学员的睡眠类型频率分布差异显著:一年级学员的睡眠类型以轻度早起型(50%)和两者皆非型(41.3%)为主;四年级学员的睡眠类型以两者皆非型睡眠类型为主(64.2%),其次为轻度早起型(33.7%)。基因型为per34/4(t=3.76,P<0.000 2)和per34/5(t=2.98,P<0.004 4)学员的睡眠类型显著改变;基因型per35/5的学员数量太少,无法进行统计学分析,尚需大样本分析。结论军事化管理生活中,学员的睡眠类型分布频率发生了改变。Objective To explore the effect of military management on sleep type of cadets with different per3 genotype.Methods Freshmen （n =150） and seniors （n =95）of cadets from a certain military college were sampled to collect the peripheral blood.Genomic DNA was extracted from leucocytes.Genotyping was performed using polymerase chain reaction.Sleep type of these cadets was identified by the momingness-eveningness questionnaire （MEQ）.Distribution of sleep types and the per3 genotype were analyzed between the two groups.Results No statistical difference of per3 genotype distribution was found between the two groups.The sleep style distribution was significantly different between the two groups.The main sleep types of these freshmen were moderate morning type（50％） and neither type （41.3％） ; while the main sleep type of these seniors was neither type（64.2％）,followed by the moderately morning type （33.7％）.Conclusion The results suggest that the sleep type of cadets could be altered and affected by military management.
