风险管理程序对医务人员职业暴露干预与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨应用风险管理程序对医务人员职业暴露的发生进行有效干预,不断提高职业暴露防护效果。方法选取医院医务人员作为研究对象,采用回顾性问卷调查法了解职业暴露相关知识的知晓率及采取的防护行为等,应用风险管理程序对医务人员职业暴露风险进行评估,对不规范行为进行有效干预,分析干预后效果。结果通过对该院在职医务人员进行风险管理程序应用后,职业暴露发生率明显下降,由应用前47.2%下降为应用后13.6%;防护知识知晓率从应用前28.05%提高为应用后94.35%;职业暴露发生后正确处理率从应用前的0%上升至应用后61.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过对全院在职医务人员职业暴露应用风险管理程序进行干预,可有效降低医务人员职业暴露的发生和减少不规范防护行为,明显提高医务人员职业暴露防护意识和防护行为。Objective To investigate the application of risk management program for effectively intervening the occurrence of medical staff occupational exposure so as to improve the effect of occupational exposure protection. Methods The hospital medical staff were selected as the research object and the occupation exposure related knowledge and the protective action had been taken were surveyed by the retrospective investigation questionnaire method. The medical staffs＇ occupational exposure risk was evaluated by the risk management program, intervention was used to effectively intervene the non-standard behavior and the results were analyzed after the intervention. Results After the risk management program applied to the in-service staff of our hospital, the incidence of occupational exposure was reduced from 47.2% to 13.6%, awareness of knowledge about protection increased from28.05% to 94.35% and the correct treatment rate after the occurrence of occupational exposure rose from 0% to 61.95%, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The intervention of risk management program applied to the medical staff occupational exposure, can effectively reduce the occurrence of medical staff occupational exposure and non-standard protective behavior and improve the medical staff occupational exposure protection consciousness and protection behavior.
