217例侧卧位手术患者预防并发症护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在侧卧位手术患者体位并发症的预防中的应用。方法选取2011年1月—2012年12月期间,我院90°侧卧位患者430例为研究对象,采用对照研究,无采取护理干预患者213例,采取护理干预患者217例,比较两组患者并发症发生情况,护理干预内容包括①针对循环系统并发症的护理干预。②针对呼吸系统并发症的护理干预。③针对颈髓损伤患者的护理干预。④针对臂丛神经损伤患者的护理干预。⑤针对生殖器官压伤的护理干预。⑥针对皮肤压疮并发症的护理干预。探讨护理干预的临床应用价值。结果在实施护理干预后,患者体位并发症发生率明显下降,与之前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护理干预有助于降低侧卧位手术患者体位并发症发生率,提高治疗效果,改善患者预后,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application of nursing intervention in preventing the incidence of postural complications for patients with lateral position surgery. Methods A control study was used. 430 cases with 90-degree lateral position in our hospital from January, 2011 to December, 2012 were selected as the subjects. 217 cases were treated with nursing intervention while 213 cases were not. And the incidences of complications of the two groups were compared. The contents of the nursing intervention were as follows： ① nursing intervention for circulatory system complications; ②nursing intervention for respiratory complications;③nursing intervention for patients with cervical spinal cord injury; ④nursing intervention for patients with brachia plexus injury;⑤nursing intervention for the crush of reproductive organs; ⑥ nursing intervention for complications of pressure ulcer. And the clinical application value of nursing intervention was investigated. Results After the implementation of nursing intervention, the incidence of postural complications was significantly decreased, compared with that before the implementation of nursing intervention, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention can help to reduce the incidence of postural complications, improve the treatment effect and the prognosis of the patients, which is deserved to be further popularized and applied.
