摘 要:儿童肺疾病的影像检查以往严重依赖X线平片和CT检查,但由于人们对儿童辐射剂量的日益重视,迫切需要一种无创的替代检查方法。近年来,由于适当使用镇静剂、检查前充分准备,同时采用快速扫描、呼吸触发、肺活量控制、心电门控、对比增强或不增强的MRA、氧增强成像、超极化气体成像等技术,使得MRI在多种儿童肺疾病诊断中的应用得以实现。综述各种MRI技术方法及其在儿童肺疾病中的诊断特征。The imaging diagnosis of children’s lung disease was relied heavily on X-ray and CT in the past, but with the more attention on children’s ionizing radiation, non-invasive method is urgent needed. In recent years, due to the appropriate use of sedative and fully prepared before examination, rapid scanning, respiratory triggering, spirometer control, electrocardiography gating, nonenhanced and contrast-enhanced MR angiography, O2-enhanced imaging, and hyperpolarized gas imaging allow MRI to be used in evaluating many pediatric thoracic diseases. The purpose of this review was to introduce proper MRI techniques and MRI features of children’s pulmonary diseases, and to facilitate early and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
