摘  要:以高性能45#硬线盘条柔性轧制技术为研究对象,采用一阶段轧制相变区空冷法和两阶段轧制多段分段冷却法进行对比分析研究。研究表明两种工艺所生产的产品力学性能均能满足国标GB/T699-1999要求;两阶段轧制多段控冷工艺法生产的轧材珠光体和索氏体含量可达95%以上,面缩率和索氏体化比一阶段直接轧制法高,较适合生产拉拔用"特级优质"盘条;一阶段轧制相变空冷法较适合于大规格机加工用棒材生产。运用本工艺研究成果,轧制生产企业可根据用户特殊要求,进行柔性轧制生产,满足用户个性化需求。This research mainly focuses on high--performance 45 hard wire rod rolled by flexible rolling technology, analyzing the one--stage rolling method with air cooling at phase change region compared to two--stage rolling with subsection cooling mode. The results showed that 45 steel rolled by the two technologies meet the mechanical property of the national standard GB/ T699- 1999. 45 hard wire rod rolled by two--stage rolling with subsection cooling mode has more than 95% pearlite and sorbite, and its reduction of area and sorbite proportion are higher than one--stage rolling method. Two--stage rolling can be used to product drawing high grade quality wire and one--stage rolling method with air cooling would better to product large--scale machining rod. The research result has a great potential application to the personalized needs of the users by flexible rolling technology.
