摘　　要：随着达钢生产规模的不断扩大,氧气供需关系的平衡越来越难,制氧机组启动过程较长、能耗浪费大。在保证公司用氧用氮的前提下,通过变负荷操作进一步降低放散率,灵活的调整生产负荷就成为了不二选择。As the product scale of Dagang expands unceasingly, it＇s more and more difficult to balance the relation between supply and demand of oxygen gas. Also, the start--up procedure of oxygen production unit is comparatively long, and wastes of energy consumption. On the premise of guarantee the company with oxygen and nitrogen, through the variable load operation to further reduce the gas loss rate and adjusting the production load flexibly turn into the only choice.
