灯盏花素注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨灯盏花素注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者的临床疗效。方法将104例UAP患者随机分为观察组53例和对照组51例,对照组进行西医常规药物治疗,观察组在西医常规治疗的基础上,给予灯盏花素注射液20 mL静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程为2周。观察治疗前后2组患者的中医证候积分、硝酸异山梨酯用量、心电图疗效以及血液流变学参数、纤维蛋白原(FIB)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。结果观察组患者治疗后的中医证候积分和硝酸异山梨酯用量均低于对照组患者,心电图疗效优于治疗组患者,差异分别有非常显著性和显著性(P<0.001和P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的全血高切黏度、血浆黏度值、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、FIB及hs-CRP低于治疗后对照组患者,差异有显著性(P<0.05),2组患者治疗后的全血低切黏度、红细胞刚性指数相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论灯盏花素注射液结合西医常规方法治疗UAP患者的疗效优于单纯常规西医治疗。Objective： To study the effect of Breviscapine Injection on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris（UAP） patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： 104 UAP patients were randomly divided into one observation group（53 patients） and one control group（51 patients）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group was given Breviscapine Injection 20 mL intravenous drip,once a day for 2 weeks besides the conventional western medicine. The changes of the syndrome integral,isosorbide dinitrate amount,ECG curative effect,blood rheology parameters,fibrinogen（FIB） and high sensitive C reactive protein（ hs-CRP） of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results： The syndrome integral and isosorbide dinitrate amount of the observation group were lower than that of the control group and the ECG curative effect was better than that of the control group,showing significant difference（P ＆lt; 0. 01 and P ＆lt; 0. 05）. The whole blood high viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,FIB and hs- CRP of the observation group were lower than that of the control group after the treatment,showing significant difference（P ＆lt; 0. 05）.The whole blood low shear viscosity and erythrocyte rigidity index of the two groups had no significant difference（P ＆gt; 0. 05） after the treatment. There was a mild adverse reaction. Conclusion： Breviscapine Injection combined with conventional western medicine has a better effect on the treatment of UAP patients.
