红河油田水平井压裂管柱可下入性分析及其应用

摘  要:压裂管柱的安全下入是保证压裂作业正常实施的先决条件。根据红河油田水平井压裂工艺特点,通过建立压裂管柱下入过程中的力学模型,对压裂管柱可下入性展开了分析研究:一是进行了压裂工具遇卡位置分析、管柱强度校核以及管柱可下入性的判定;二是计算了管柱下入过程中的受力情况及压裂管柱的轴向应力、径向应力、切向应力、安全系数。该研究结果在HH55P22井上进行了验证,从而为优化水平井压裂管柱设计、压裂工具选型,确保管柱下入过程中的安全性提供了理论依据。It is important to make fracturing string trip into horizontal wells in fracturing operation. On the basis of the characteristics of horizontal well fracturing technology in Honghe Oilfield and through the establishment of mechanical model for tripping in, this paper studies analytically downgoing feasibility in some aspects as follows: firstly, it analyzes stuck position of the fracturing tool, checks string strength and determines the feasibility of running string, and secondly, it calculates fracturing string's axial stress, radial stress and tangential stress as well as safety factor. The research results are verified in HH55P22 Well and lays theoretical foundation for the design optimization of horizontal well fracturing string and model selection of fracturing tools as well as for the security of tripping in.
