摘  要:目前,江汉油田使用过的分层注水工艺管柱主要有油套保护分层注水管柱、锚定式分层注水管柱、高压注水管柱一和高压注水管柱二。这四种注水管柱在现场使用中常常会出现套管压力上升、油压波动大而套压波动小、油压套压同时波动大、起管柱困难和注入压力长期上升等问题。通过分析,注水压力、压力波动、层间压差、温度变化这4个因素是对注水管柱造成不利影响的主要因素。经研究,在注水层上部使用顶级封隔器的分层注水管柱,大多数情况下,压力变化所产生的总体作用力是向上的,即对管柱是上顶力;分层注水管柱的受力是不平衡的,而且在各种效应的共同作用下,管柱一定会发生蠕动和变形,所以需要对管柱进行锚定,以保持管柱的总体受力平衡。Separated layer waterflooding strings once used in Jianghan Oil{ield are oil--jacket protected type, anchored type, high--pressure waterflooding string type 1 and type 2. While in use, these four types are often confronted with such problems as the rise of casing pressure, big oil pressure fluctuation as well as small casing pressure fluctuation, simuhaneously big fluctuation of both, the difficulty in string lifting and secular rise of waterflooding pressure. Four {actors o[ waterflooding pressure, pressure [luctuation, interlayer differential pressure and temperature change are responsible for these problems. The research shows that when separated layer waterflooding string with a top--level packer is used, overall acting force generated due to pressure change, in most cases, is upward, which means a jacking force to the string, and that the stress on the string is imbalanced and the string is bound to wriggle and deform under combined action of various effects. Therefore, it is essential to anchor the string to keep its overall stress balanced.
