摘 要:本文以主要通风机的运行特性和矿井风阻的合理匹配为基础,叙述主要通风机节能的重要性,分析其性能测试的影响因素,选择合理的测风断面、工况调节和合理的测点布置,采用静压差法、动压差法测定主通风机运行状态的三大特性曲线,实现矿井主要通风机性能的精确测定,为矿井主要通风机的工况调节、节能降耗提供必要的参考依据。Based on the reasonable matching for the running characteristics of main fan and wind resistance of mines,it was described the importance of the main fan energy saving,analyzed the influence factors of the performance test,selected reasonable of the wind section and conditional regulating or monitoring-point arrangement.The main fan operation state of the three characteristic was curved by applied the method of static-pressure difference and dynamic-pressure differential.The realize accurate determination of the mine main fan performance was also determined.It should be provided the necessary reference basis for the conditional regulating and saving energy and reducing consumption of the mine main fan.
