农民外出务工后食物消费的变化——以北京为例

摘　　要：城市化带动了外出务工农民规模的扩大,从而对城市食物消费和供给产生一定影响。根据2013年在北京市调研的571份问卷,对农民工食物消费变化情况进行分析,重点分析食物消费的增减变化情况,同时分析影响食物消费变化的因素。根据分析结果,得到农民外出务工食物消费的变动趋势,从而为政府制定政策、农户及食品生产者调整结构提供参考。Driven by urbanization, the scale of migrant workers was expanding, which had an impact on urban food consumption and supply. Based on 571 questionnaires surveyed in Beijing in 2013, this paper analyzed changes in food consumption of migrant workers, especially the changes of increase and decrease, and simultaneously analyzed the factors affecting food consumption. According to the analysis results, we got the trends of food consumption movements of migrant workers, and provided some references for government to make a policy, and for farmers and food producers to make a structural adjustment.
