摘　　要：在宋代,庶子的财产继承权较前代有了很大的提高,法律规定了与嫡子相同的继承权。文章就嫡庶子之间在继承权的异同情况,结合案例说明在家产析分上引起争端的事件,进一步评述庶子继承权的相关问题。In the Song Dynasty, the right of inheritence of the sons of a man＇s concubines has greatly improved than that in the previous generation. The law provides that concubines＇ sons have the same right of inheritance as the legal wife＇s sons. This article discusses similarities and differences in the right of inheritance between the sons born of the legal wife of a man and the sons born of the concubines of a man, combines the study of the case in which the division of family property causes dispute, and further analyzes related issues on the right of inheritance of concubines.
