浅析“五精所并”理论与中风证治

摘　　要：目的:辨析《黄帝内经》"五精所并"理论的原义,探究其对中风的理论指导作用。方法:通过研读相关文献,归纳整理历代医家对"五精所并"理论原义的解读,分析两则"五精所并"中风医案,探讨"五精所并"理论与中风证治的相关性。结果:把历代医家对"五精所并"理论原义的解读分为相生相克说、余脏皆并说、相乘说、精气相侮说、相乘相侮说和行文错简说等6种;发现两则"五精所并"中风医案均出现情志异常改变,在病因病机、病情病势上都具有相似性,通过"五精所并"理论的指导,收到了满意效果。结论:"五精所并"理论对中风证治具有理论指导作用。Objective： To discriminate the original meaning of ＇Wu Jing Suo Bing＇ in the Inner Canon of Huangdi, and explore the theory instruction function to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of stroke. Methods： Different studies of ＇Wu Jing Suo Bing＇ by doctors of past dynasties were read and concluded, and two medical records of stroke about the theory of ＇Wu Jing Suo Bing＇ were analyzed, then the correlation between the theory and the treatment were explored. Results： The studies of ＇Wu Jing Suo Bing＇ by the doctors of past dynasties could be divided into the mutual generation and restriction doctrine, the Xiang Bing of other viscera doctrine, the over subjugation doctrine, the vital essence reverse restriction doctrine, the reverse restriction and over subjugation doctrine, wrong compilation doctrine and so on. The two medical records of stroke showed abnormal emotional changes which had similarity in the etiology and pathogenesis and condition. In the guide of ＇Wu Jing Suo Bing＇, both of them achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusion： The theory of ＇Wu Jing Suo Bing＇ has a better directive function to the syndrome and treatment of stroke.
