近20年中医治疗艾滋病方药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:对1992年1月-2012年10月中国期刊数据库(CNKI)收录的中医诊治艾滋病文献,通过频次分析总结中医方药特点,以探讨艾滋病中医理法方药诊疗体系的规律。方法:对所选文献中的方剂和药物进行统计归类,总结各方剂和药物出现频次和所占比例。结果:77篇艾滋病成方410首,补益剂、和解剂、清热剂占62.93%。艾滋病用药共250种,按功能归为42类,进一步合并为18大类。补虚、清热、解表类药和利水渗湿药使用频次占69.03%。结论:中医诊治艾滋病方药规律的分析结果可为目前艾滋病的辨证论治提供参考。Objective： A search of CNKI databases was conducted （from January 1992 to October 2012） on commonly used traditional Chinese medicine therapy to treat AIDS. The frequency analysis was used to analyze the characteristic of prescriptions and herbs, and to discuss the diagnosis and treatment law of AIDS treated with the theories, therapies, prescriptions and herbs. Methods： Prescriptions and herbs collected from the included literatures were classified, and the frequency and proportion were summarized. Results： 410 prescriptions and 250 herbs were collected from the include literatures. The proportion of, supplementing formula, reconciling formula and heat-clearing formula was 62.93%. The herbs were divided into 43 small sorts, which could be combined into 18 sorts according to the function. The frequency of using supplementing herbs, heat-cleating herbs and superficies-resolving herbs was 69.03%. Conclusion： Analysis results of the diagnosis and treatment law of AIDS treated with traditional Chinese medicine could provide a reference for treatment based on syndrome differentiation of AIDS in clinical.
