“肾络瘀痹”理论探讨及其在糖尿病肾病中的应用

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病致死、致残的严重并发症之一,直接影响着糖尿病病人的寿命和生活质量,目前西医对糖尿病肾病的治疗存在局限性和难治性,这使得中医探索出糖尿病肾病的病因病机并研究出有效的方药显得迫在眉睫。文章根据络病学说探讨李建民教授糖尿病肾病"肾络瘀痹"形成的理论渊源,指出"肾络瘀痹"病机形成的理论基础,并根据"肾络瘀痹"之基本病机,制定出补肾祛邪、活血通络法,并研制出通络保肾复方,临床应用于糖尿病肾病治疗,效果良好。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the serious complications of diabetes which leads to death and disability. It directly influences the life and life quality of patients with diabetes. The treatment of diabetic nephropathy by western medicine is limited and difficult at present. So it is necessary to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and study the effective prescriptions by traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the collateral disease theory, it explores the theoretical origin and the pathogenesis of ＇stasis of kidney collateral＇. Based on the basic pathogenesis of ＇stasis of kidney collateral＇, professor LI Jian-min develops the method of nourishing kidney and eliminating pathogen and promoting blood flow and dredging collateral, and then develops the compound formula of dredging collateral and protecting kidney, which has good effect in the application of clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
