摘　　要：子午流注针法是传统中医针灸学中一个玄奥的组成部分,其学说源于《黄帝内经》,是以五输穴配合阴阳五行为基础,运用干支配合脏腑,推算经气流注盛衰开合,按时取穴的一种古老的治疗方法。其与国内外近年来兴起的生物节律为基础的时间医学颇多相似,其科学价值引起人们越来越广泛地关注,尽管在理论和实用上存在一定缺陷,需要推敲的地方还有许多,但其独特的临床疗效为世人公认。Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture therapy is an abstruse science component of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. This theory which stems from the Canon of Internal Medicine is based on the five shu points of yin yang and five elements. It is an ancient therapy acupoints on time which calculate the vital essence flows, ups and downs by using the heavenly stems and earthly branches to coordinate the viscera. It is similar to the chronomedicine, which rised up in recent years and based on the biological rhythm. The scientific value of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture therapy attracts more and more attention. Although there are some defects in the theory and practice, its unique clinic effect is the world recognized.
