鸡血藤抗肿瘤作用研究现状

摘　　要：鸡血藤是一味具有活血补血作用的中药,其提取物中含有黄酮类、缩合鞣质、甾体等成分。现代药理研究发现,鸡血藤具有抗肿瘤、抗凝血、改善造血、抗病毒等作用,而其抗肿瘤作用主要是通过促进细胞死亡、抑制细胞增殖等方式实现,文章综述了鸡血藤抑制肿瘤细胞生长的实验室研究和临床复方药效研究,明确了鸡血藤具有抗肿瘤作用,并对安全性分析评价,总结了不同方法获得的鸡血藤抗肿瘤有效成分,认为其抗肿瘤作用主要通过3个方面完成,包括细胞凋亡和自噬;肿瘤细胞周期阻滞和抑制肿瘤转移。Suberect Spatholobus Stem, a kind of traditional Chinese medicine, containing flavones, condensed tannin, sterides and so on, is widely used to invigorate the circulation of blood and replenish blood. Recently, suberect spatholobus stem has been reported to have effects of anti-tumor, anti-coagulants, improving hematopoiesis and antiviral by inducing cell death and inhibiting cell proliferation. This paper reviewed the anti-tumor studies in laboratory and clinic, effective components and possible pharmacological mechanism of suberect spatholobus stem. It explicated the antitumor active ingredients of suberect spatholobus stem, and deemed that suberect spatholobus stem anti tumor mainly via three aspects including apoptosis and autophagy, cell cycle arrested, tumor metastasis inhibited.
