摘  要:目的:探讨金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)大鼠心肌Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。方法:将金丹活性部位对MIRI大鼠进行干预,应用免疫组化法检测大鼠心肌Bax、Bcl-2表达的变化。结果:与模型组相比,水洗脱组,60%醇洗脱组和预处理组Bax灰度值均有明显升高;Bcl-2灰度值均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:金丹60%乙醇洗脱组与水洗脱组均能明显上调Bcl-2蛋白表达,下调Bax的蛋白表达,说明其可能通过抑制细胞凋亡而发挥保护MIRI的作用。Objective: To observe the effects of active sites of hypericum attenuatum choisy and Salvia Miltiorrhiza (HS) on the protein expression of Bax, Bcl-2 in myocardium of rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: The rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury were treated with HS. The immunohistochemistry was used to test the expression of Bax and Bcl-2. Results: Compared with the model group, the grey value of Bax of rats in water elution group, 60% ethanol elution group and the pre-treatment group increased significantly, and the grey value of Bcl-2 in rats in treatment groups all decreased (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: 60% ethanol elution and water elution of HS could increase the expression of Bcl-2, and decrease the expression of Bax. It showed that HS could protect myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by inhibiting the apoptosis of myocardial cells.
