不同频率电针对心肌缺血大鼠经穴皮肤电阻值的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤后,经穴皮肤电阻值的变化及不同频率电针内关穴改善急性心肌缺血损伤对经穴皮肤电阻值的特异性影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、高频组、低频组,除正常组外行冠状动脉左前降支结扎术,术后两针刺组按照不同的参数进行治疗,用腧穴电阻探测仪记录经穴皮肤电阻值的变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组内关、天泉的电阻值显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,低频组内关穴针刺即刻的皮肤电阻值显著升高(P<0.05);而外关低频10min、高频30min的皮肤电阻值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:内关穴与心脏密切相关,能够反映心脏的生理病理的变化,也是治疗心脏疾病的良穴,并且经穴皮肤电阻值在一定程度上可以反映经穴-脏腑相关效应。Objective： To observe the changes of meridian skin resistance value, and the specific influences of electroacupunture with different frequency on the skin resistance value in Neiguan （PC6） on rats with acute myocardial ischemia. Methods： The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high-frequency acupuncture group, low-frequency acupuncture group. Except for the normal group, the other rats underwent left coronary artery ligation to prepare the myocardial ischemia model, then were treated with high-frequency or low-frequency electroacupunture. The meridian resistance value changes were recorded by the acupoints resistance detector. Results： Compared with the rats in normal group, the skin resistance value in Neiguan （PC6） and Tianquan （PC2） of myocardial ischemia model group were significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Compared with the model group, the instant skin resistance of Neiguan （PC6） with low-frequency electroacupuncture increased （P〈0.05）; However, the skin resistance value of Waiguan （TES） at 10min of low-frequency and 30min of high-frequency significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Neiguan （PC6） is closely related with heart, which can reflect the changes in the physiology and pathology of heart. Neiguan （PC6） is a good point to treat heart disease. Moreover, the meridian skin resistance value can reflect the related effects of the meridian-organs to a certain extent.
