扶正祛邪含药血清对白血病耐药细胞株HL60/VCR细胞凋亡率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正祛邪中药复方含药血清对长春新碱诱导的急性早幼粒白血病耐药细胞株HL60/VCR细胞凋亡率的影响。方法:采用流式细胞术检测法,选择HL60/VCR细胞为靶细胞,观察不同浓度扶正祛邪含药血清对其凋亡率的影响。结果:经扶正祛邪含药血清处理的HL60/VCR细胞的凋亡率明显高于对照组,扶正祛邪含药血清高、低剂量间比较具有显著差异(P<0.01),以高剂量组最明显。结论:经扶正祛邪含药血清处理的HL60/VCR细胞凋亡率明显增加,说明扶正祛邪含药血清对白血病HL60/VCR耐药细胞的耐药逆转作用可能是通过诱导其凋亡而实现的。Objective： To observe the effects of Fuzheng Quxie Chinese herbal serum on the apoptosis of the human leukemia multidrug-resistance cell line HL60/VCR induced by vincristine. Methods： The flow cytometry was used to test the apoptosis rate of the cell lines HL60/VCR after treating by different doses of herbal serum. Results： The apoptosis rates of cell lines HL60/VCR treated by the Chinese herbal serum were apparently higher than that of control group, and there were significant differences among the three dose groups of Fuzheng Quxie herbal serum （P〈0.01）, especially high dose group. Conclusion： The apoptosis rates of the cell lines HL60/VCR treated by Fuzheng Quxie herbal serum are increased significantly. It indicates that the Fuzheng Quxie herbal serum could reverse drug-resistance of multidrug-resistance cell line HL60/VCR by inducing the cell lines apoptosis.
