普米克令舒联合金喉健雾化吸入治疗声带息肉术后疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察普米克令舒、金喉健联合雾化吸入治疗声带息肉术后疗效。方法:将临床确诊为声带息肉90例患者随机分为两组:两组均为在手术后给予抗感染全身用药综合治疗基础上,普米克令舒组50例应用普米克令舒、金喉健联合雾化吸入(普米克令舒1mg/次+金喉健1mg/次,2次/d,共7d);地塞米松组40例给予地塞米松及庆大霉素雾化吸入(地塞米松5mg/次+庆大霉素8万U/次,2次/d,共7d)。观察用药后患者声嘶减轻、消退时间及声带充血水肿改善情况。结果:与地塞米松组比较,普米克令舒组症状、体征改善优于对照组,病程缩短,疗效明显好于对照组(P=0.030)。两组患者均未发现副作用及不良反应。结论:普米克令舒、金喉健联合雾化吸入治疗声带息肉术后,可以明显改善症状及缩短病程,提高治愈率,方法简单安全,避免全身使用激素的不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the effect of the combination of atomization inhalation of Pulmicort and Gold Throat Spray after the operation of polyp of vocal cord. Methods： 90 patients were divided into two groups. All of the patients received comprehensive anti-infective drug therapy as the basic treatment 50 patients in the Pulmicort group received atomization inhalation of Pulmicort and Gold Throat Spray, Pulmicort （lmg） and Gold Throat Spray （lmg） twice daily for 7 days. 40 patients in the dexamethasone group received inhalation of dexamethasone （5mg） and gentamycin （8 × 10^4U） twice daily for 7 days. To observed the times of hoarse improved and disappeared, the improvement of the vocal hyperemia and edema after the treatment. Results： The therapeutic effect in Pulmicort group is better than the dexamethasone group, the difference is statistically significant （P=0.030）. No side effect or adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion： The combination of Budinaide and Gold Throat Spray atomization inhalation has valuable therapeutic effect after the operation of polyp of vocal cord.
