中西医结合治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价中西医结合治疗对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者生活质量的影响。方法:本研究随机纳入213例基础病因为冠心病的CHF患者,随机分为对照组(107例)采用西医规范化治疗,试验组(106例)在西医规范化治疗的基础上,根据患者的证候要素加用相应的中药免煎颗粒剂,观察周期为28d,用CHF中西医结合生活质量量表评价治疗前后两组患者的生活质量。结果:①治疗前后两组6个维度积分及总分的Cronbach’a系数均>0.80;②两组治疗前后组内各维度积分及总分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组治疗前后差值比较结果显示,两组治疗前后各维度积分及总分(社会功能、医疗支持除外)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CHF中西医结合生活质量量表可信度高,既能反映中医特色又符合我国国情。中西医结合治疗较单纯西医规范化治疗能够明显改善CHF患者的生活质量。Objective： To evaluate the influence on life quality in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） treated by integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods： 213 patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group （107 cases） and trial group （106 cases）, the control group was received standardized treatment of western medicine, while the trial group was given the relevant decoction granule of Chinese herbs on the basis of the control group. The observation period lasted for 28 days. The life quality in patients of both groups were observed by using Life Quality Scale before and after the treatment. Results： （1）The coefficients of Cronbach＇a in six dimensional scores and the total score were all over 0.80 before and after treatment. （2）The P values in each dimensional score and the total score before and after treatment were less than 0.05 with statistical differences in both groups. （3）The P values in both groups were all lower than 0.05, and there was a large difference before and after treatment in each dimensional score and the total score （except social function and medical support）. Conclusion： The Life Quality Scale of CHF treated by integration Of traditional Chinese and western medicine had a high reliability, which revealed the characteristics of TCM and conformed Chinese conditions. Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine was obviously superior to therapy with western medicine alone on improving the life quality in patients with CHF.
