摘　　要：目的:观察痹祺胶囊对膝骨性关节炎(OA)患者血清和关节液中基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)表达水平的影响。方法:80例患者随机分成治疗组、对照组。治疗组联用痹祺胶囊、盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,对照组单用盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,持续治疗12周。用ELISA法测定两组治疗前后血清与关节液MMP-3与TIMP-1值。结果:血清、关节液中MMP-3含量两组治疗后均低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组减少更为显著(P<0.05),血清、关节液TIMP-1含量治疗组治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.05),且高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:痹祺胶囊可降低OA患者血清、关节液MMP-3的活性,提高TIMP-1的活性,抑制关节软骨基质降解,保护关节软骨。Objective： To investigate the effects of Biqi Capsule on the expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 （TIMP-1） and matrix metalloproteinase-3 （MMP-3） in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 80 knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Biqi Capsule and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsule for 12 weeks, the control group was only treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsule for 12 weeks. ELISA method was used to measure the expression of TIMP-1 and MMP-3 in serum and synovial fluid in two groups before and after treatment. Results： After the treatment, the content of MMP-3 was obviously lower in two groups than before （P〈0.05）, the content of MMP-3 in treatment group was obviously lower than these in control group （P〈0.05）. The content of TIMP-1 in serum and synovial fluid in treatment group was increased than before （P〈0.05）. The content of TIMP-1 was higher in treatment group than these in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Biqi Capsule could reduce the activity of MMP-3 in serum and synouvial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis, improve the activity of TIMP-1, and inhibit the degradation of cartilage matrix and protect articular cartilage.
