芪防鼻敏汤治疗过敏性鼻炎100例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪防鼻敏汤治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法:筛选符合入选条件的AR患者100例,采用芪防鼻敏汤治疗,疗程14d,观察患者临床症状体征积分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)量表积分及血清过敏原总IgE变化。结果:100例AR患者经芪防鼻敏汤治疗后,显效76例,有效15例,无效9例,有效率91%。治疗后症状体征积分、VAS量表积分及血清过敏原总IgE均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:芪防鼻敏汤能够改善AR患者的临床症状和体征,降低患者血清过敏原总IgE水平,疗效显著。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Qifangbimin Decoction on allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods： 100 cases of AR received a 14-days treadtment with Qifangbimin Decoction, the changes of clinical signs and symptoms score, visual analogue scale （VAS） score and allergen serum total IgE were observed. Results： The overall effective （excellent and good） rate was 91% （excellent 76, good 15,ineffective 9）. After treatment, clinical signs and symptoms score, VAS score and allergen serum total IgE was significantly reduced （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Qifangbimin Decoction can improve the clinical signs and symptoms of the patients with AR, reduce the patients＇ allergen serum total IgE level. The curative effect of it is satisfactory, so it is a good way to treat AR.
