摘  要:目的:用气相色谱法测定西黄滴丸中麝香酮和乙酸辛酯的含量。方法:Agilent 19091S-433毛细管柱,程序升温,进祥口温度230℃.检测器温度250℃。结果:麝香酮浓度在8.75-140.00μg/mL范围内线性良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.95%,RSD为1.03%:乙酸辛酯浓度在0.0325-0.6000mg/mL内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.78%,RSD为1.33%。结论:本方法可准确测定西黄滴丸中麝香酮和乙酸辛酯的含量。Objective:To determine musk ketone and octyl acetate in the Xihuang dripping pills through Gas Chromatography(GC). Methods:Capillary column of Agilent 19091S-433 (30m×0.25mm ×0.25μm) was used. The injector temperature was 230 ℃ with programmed temperature. The detector temperature was 250 ℃. Results:The linearity of musk ketone was good in the ranges of 8.75~140μg/mL(r=0.9998). The average recoveries rate were 99.95% (RSD of 1.03%). The linearity of octyl acetate was good in the ranges of 0.0325~0.6 mg/mL(r=0.9999). The average recoveries rate were 99.78% (RSD 1.33%). Conclusion :The method is accurate and suitable for determination of musk ketone and octyl acetate in Xihuang dripping pills.
