摘 要:目的:用HPLC法测定半枝莲药材中熊果酸的含量。方法:采用AgilentSB—C18柱(5μm,4.6ram×250mm),以甲醇-2%乙酸(88:12)等度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长210nm,柱温30℃。结果:熊果酸浓度在O.0245-0.4918mg·mL^-1(r=0.9996)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n:3)为98.7%(RSD=1.90%),供试品溶液在24h内稳定。结论:该方法精密度良好,准确度高,适合于半枝莲药材中熊果酸含量的测定。.Objective:To determine ursolie acid in Scutellaria barbara D.Don using high peflonnance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods :Agilent Eclipse SB-C18 column (5μm,4.6 mm×250mm) was adopted with a mobile phase of methanol-2% Acetic Acid(88:12) at the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:The content of ursolic acid was linear in the ranges of 0.0245-0.4918 mg/mL(r=0.9996) for ursolic acid. The average recoveriestn=3) of ursolic acid were 98.7%(RSD = 1.90%). The sample solution was steady within 24 h. Conclusi4n:This method is precise and accurate for content determination of ursolic acid in Scutellaria barbara D.Don.
