摘　　要：文章通过平方倍频法对直扩信号的载波频率进行估计,然后通过自相关函数最小二乘拟合法对直扩信号的伪码速率进行估计,在此基础上进行基于PowerPC的通用软件无线电平台功能单元的设计,最终通过软件无线电平台下测试结果与软件仿真的对比,验证直扩信号参数估计功能单元设计的正确性。A method of Square Frequency is used to estimate the carrier frequency in DSSS signal; then the method of Least Squares Fitting（LSE） on auto-correlative function is used to estimate the pseudo code rate. Furthermore, the module units based on the Universal Software Radio Platform which is made up of PowerPC is designed. At last, the design correctness of the module units for the parameter estimation of DSSS is verified by comparing the software simulation and the test results on the Universal Software Radio Platform.
