摘　　要：大型基座式浮吊中底座环是连接浮吊船体和上部旋转平台的重要结构,因此它的制造精度要求很高。箱形体是底座环中的关键部件,它的建造精度直接影响了底座环的精度。介绍了底座环箱形体的两种建造工艺的方法,其中对分段预制方法进行了详细阐述,包括分段预制、吊装和组对。Tub collar is the important part which connected upper slewing platform and lower hull in large scale barge crane. Its construction accuracy is very high. Box of tube collar is a key part, its accuracy will affect the accuracy of tube directly. This paper gives two methods of construction process of box of tub collar. Gives detailed explanation of subsection method about box of tub collar, mainly including prefabricating of subsection, conveying and assembly.
